Are you still open with the current Covid 19 situation?

As i work alone, I am still able to operate and am still fulfilling orders. Our postal system here in the UK is still running and orders are still getting to where they should within the UK.
However I do not know what each individual country are doing in regards to their couriers and so although items will arrive internationally, whether they make it to individuals from that point I can not advise on.
However if you know that your postal service is up and running, then i can see no reason why you would not receive your order in a timely manner.

How much is delivery?

Any items added to the basket alongside ‘free shipping’ items, will also be shipped free of charge within the UK.

All UK orders £100 and over are shipped Free of charge

For international (or any orders) add the items to your basket and proceed to checkout, once your address is entered your shipping charges will be calculated. You do not have to continue with the order at this stage and so can view all costs before payments are taken and the order is placed.

How long does it take for my item/s to arrive?

Usually standard items are dispatched within 48-72hrs and personalised items within 4 days.

Your item will be sent via Royal mail or other local courier and whilst no responsibility can be taken for items delayed in the post, they are sent second class and so normally arrive within 2-4 days (UK) from dispatch.

If you require an urgent/guaranteed dispatch/delivery or first class, please contact us and for an additional fee this can be arranged for you.

My item is a gift, does it contain an invoice in the package?

No, All of our invoices are sent digitally when placing an order, so we do not include it with the order.

Not only does this save trees, but this means you can happily get your item sent directly to your recipient, without the worry of the invoice being seen.

If you want us to add a special note only, please just add this request in the ‘notes’ box at the checkout.

 

Can my item be gift wrapped?

Yes, if you would like your item gift wrapped, please use this listing HERE to add the gift wrap service to your order.

If you want us to add a special note, please just add this request in the ‘notes’ box at the checkout. Adding a special note is FREE, regardless of whether you use the additional gift wrap service.

 

The item I would like to buy is out of stock, will you get it back in?

Some items will come back in stock, some may be discontinued. If you check back within a week, most out of stock items are normally replenished by then.

If an item is discontinued, we may still be able to source it for you.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation

A new order confirmation is automatically sent after an order is placed. A ‘completed’ email is sent once your order is dispatched.

If you haven’t received these emails there are normally two reasons for this, one is that the email address entered at the time of order is spelt slightly incorrectly, the second and most common is the emails have gone into your spam/junk folders, so please be sure to check in these folders.
