2. Our Contract with You
Order Acceptance: Your order is accepted when we send you an email confirmation, at which point a legally binding contract is formed between us.
Order Refusal: If we are unable to accept your order (e.g. out of stock, unexpected resource limits, or a pricing error), we will notify you and issue a full refund immediately.
3. Our Products (MDF Kits, Rice Paper & Craft Goods)
Product Imagery & Display: We make every effort to display product colours accurately on our website. However, actual colours may vary slightly depending on your device’s screen settings.
Laser-Cut MDF Characteristics: Our MDF items are laser-cut to order. Natural MDF variations, minor scorch marks on edges, or faint wood aromas are natural features of the laser-cutting process and are not deemed manufacturing defects.
Ephemera & Rice Paper Packs: Craft papers must be stored in dry conditions. We are not liable for damage resulting from improper handling, moisture, or incorrect storage after delivery.
4. Customisation & Customer Details
You are responsible for ensuring that all names, dates, spellings, and sizing details provided for custom laser-cut items are accurate.
We cut directly from the information provided at checkout and cannot be held responsible for errors caused by incorrect customer input.
5. Delivery & Dispatch
Costs & Options: Delivery costs are clearly displayed in your basket and at checkout.
Dispatch Timeframes: Standard orders are processed and dispatched within our advertised lead times (typically 1–3 working days).
Delays Outside Our Control: If delivery is delayed by courier issues or unexpected events outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible. We are not liable for courier delays, but if a substantial delay occurs, you may contact us to cancel the order for a full refund of unreceived items.
6. Cancellations, Refunds & Returns
Your rights depend on the type of item purchased under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015:
Personalised & Custom Laser-Cut Goods: Items made to order, customised, or cut with bespoke names/details are exempt from standard statutory return rights. We do not accept returns or cancellations on personalised items for a change of mind.
Standard (Non-Personalised) Stock Items: You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to notify us if you wish to return standard, un-customised MDF kits or unopened rice paper packs. You must return the items at your own expense in unused, resalable condition within 14 days of notifying us.
Damaged or Faulty Goods: If any item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund.
7. Price & Payment
Prices are displayed on our website at the time of purchase.
Payment is required in full before dispatch. We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and direct bank transfers. (For bank transfers, items are dispatched once funds clear).
In the event of an obvious and unmistakable pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payments made.
8. Responsibility for Goods & Personal Data
Risk & Ownership: You become responsible for the products once delivered to the address provided. You own the goods once full payment has been received.
Business Use: Our items are supplied for private and domestic use. We accept no liability for loss of profit, business interruption, or commercial losses.
Privacy: We only use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy to process your orders and handle delivery.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by English Law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales (or Scotland and Northern Ireland if you reside there).
