Well here it is….in the middle of Summer and i have been enjoying all the sunshine and a little outdoors crafting in the garden…thinking of Christmas!!!
This year I’m trying to be organised and plan ahead, so with that in mind I made a start on my Christmas to do list..
- I started by stamping twice onto the kraft card then die cutting the pillow box and the holly leaves. I added some sketchy freehand borders around the holly leaves before shaping over the fineliner to curl the leaves.
- After glueing the box together I added the holly and threaded some ribbon through the button before before attaching.
3. I used the remainding stamped image to make into a gift tag.
4. I coloured the button with a red pencil added some 3d gloss and whilst it was wet sprinkled over sone micro beads (the gloss will act as a glue)
5 .For the small mdf tag I used white acrylic paint for the background then when it had dried stamped the image using a versafine ink pad and added some paper raffia from my crafty stash.
