Welcome to Samantha K Crafts! Every item in our studio is individually cut and hand-finished with care. Below you will find all the details regarding processing times, postage options, and rush upgrades.
1. Processing & Dispatch Times
- Standard Processing: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
- Please note: Processing time is the duration required to cut, inspect, and package your items before handing your parcel to Royal Mail.
2. UK Postage Rates & Delivery Options
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total:

Express Postal Upgrade: Need faster postal transit? You can easily upgrade your delivery to Express Royal Mail Tracked 24 for a small extra fee at checkout (available for both standard orders and orders qualifying for Free Shipping).
Note: Delivery times apply once your package has been handed over to Royal Mail and are estimates provided by the courier.
3. Need Your Order Sooner? (Priority Rush Upgrade)
If you are on a tight deadline, you can add a Rush Order Upgrade (£5.00) to your basket.
- Priority Production: Moves your order directly to the front of our studio cutting queue, guaranteeing dispatch within 24–48 hours (1 business day).
- Free Shipping Threshold Note: Please note that the £5 Priority Rush fee covers fast-track cutting in our studio and does not contribute toward the £35 minimum spend required for Free Standard Delivery.
- Important: The Rush Fee covers priority processing in our workshop. To ensure fast delivery in the post as well, we recommend selecting Express Royal Mail Tracked 24 at checkout.
