Refunds & Returns Policy
At Samantha K Crafts/Gifts, every item is prepared with precision and care in our workshop. Because many of our products are custom-made or personalised, our returns policy varies depending on the type of item ordered.
1. Personalised & Custom-Cut Items
Under UK Consumer Law, personalised goods and custom products are exempt from standard return rights.
- Non-Returnable: Items featuring personalised names, bespoke wording, custom sizing, or tailored details cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded simply due to a change of mind.
- Please double-check all spelling, dates, and capitalisation before completing your order, as we cut directly from the details provided.
2. Standard (Non-Personalized) MDF Kits & Craft Items
For standard, non-personalised products (e.g., blank stock craft kits):
- You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to notify us that you wish to return an item.
- Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original, resalable condition.
- Return Postage: The buyer is responsible for paying return postage costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost or damaged in transit.
3. Damaged or Faulty Items
We inspect every piece before dispatch, but if your item arrives damaged or faulty in transit:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Send us a quick photo of the damaged item and packaging.
- We will promptly arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
