- I started by doodling my face on to the substrate and then adding details with my paints starting with watercolours and leaving each layer to dry.
- While the layers were drying I painted my sea creatures, shells and bubbles
- I continued to add layers until I was happy and tried adding purples and greens to her sea coloured hair to add extra depth.
- I built up her sea hair using gel pens, pencils, fabric and also added sea creatures with glossy accents to give a wet look.
- I added details into her face with gel pens and edged around my substrate to finish.
