Evening all,
Firstly, please let me say a huge thank you to everyone who applied for the DT via the Facebook group and via email. There were just over 100 applications and everyone had amazing work. It was a very difficult choice and although I was lucky enough to have the help of the 3 lovely ladies already on the team, it was still no easy task.
The choice was made on many factors and we particularly wanted to ensure we had a good variety, so that projects that are created will appeal to all.
If you did not make it through this time, please do not take this as a reflection on your work or abilities, this really isn’t the case. I would of taken everyone as a member if i could.
Please also bear in mind there will be future DT calls, so please try again next time.
